I am in-network with BCBS, UHC, Aetna, and Cigna/Evernorth for individual psychotherapy. The rate for a 55" minute session is 150.00. Extended sessions are offered by request with the fee pro-rated.
Couples' therapy is typically not covered by insurances and when so with limits placed on the service, significantly limiting the quality of therapy that can be provided. Billing insurances for psychotherapy requires that an identified patient have a diagnosis. Couples can not be given a diagnosis, therefore, the service is not covered. For couples, I am happy to provide you with a "Superbill" which you can submit to your plan for potential reimbursement.

Conflict resolution, team-building and needs assessment are a few of the ways therapists can support teams in certain workplace settings. I have provided these services to military units, in corporate and manufacturing settings.
